It looks to me like the guy is building that absurd gallery to gurantee listings and drive alot of traffic to a toplist.
He might be an idiot or maybe he has a clever plan.

what difference does it make?.... it might cost a little more in bandwidth if a percentage downloads all the images... most ppl will just scan all the thumbs and view the ones they like....
just setup htaccess so that grabbers cant suck the whole lot down... |
