Whatever is going on here - if someone has your content then contact their host. Try to write mostly in lowercase and don't call them motherfuckers. ;-)

You'll also need to provide proof that you own the content in question. Hosts won't take action just 'cause you have a grudge against someone.

A reason to go with a reputable hosting company - a reason not to host with some one man operation where one guy calls all the shots.
