All these php excuses or others for months don't hide the facts that you are NOT paying out.
As I suggested above, you could send an " on account " payment with all the money you are " holding " on behalf of your affiliates ... You still have that money ... I hope ....
I could also run an affiliate program with high payouts, if I didn't actually pay out....

So what you're saying is, for the last 6 months while your webmasters were not tossed so much as a bone, phone call, or simple newsletter explaining the situation, you were investing multiple thousands of dollars into a complete revamp of your site, scripts & webmaster tools.
Thats probably not something I would be bragging about while some poor tgp webmasters missed a couple car payments in the last few months.
Sometime it's best to just admit a fuck up, apologize, & give a realistic idea of when people will be paid. But overall I hope that you recover, get everyone straightened up & get back to turning profits for all parties involved.
You've been in the business a long time, i seriously doubt a small fuck up like this will ruin any future opportunities.Comment

I did a little reading, and the only thing I was able to find out about you via your posts is that you were locked up, for god knows what, and you do less than 10 joins per day across the board.
