Cigarettes ....... Why am I craving one so badly?
They are so nasty, I hate everything about them.....Except the nic-fix
 Okay, I smoked for over 10 years, I've tried to quit 8 times, and I AM going to do it this time. It's been just over a week and a half and I am having the worst craving right now. I could use some words of encouragement right about now.

You can do it!!I know a lot of people who managed to quit after smoking for a long time.The first few days are the toughest.Keep it up and don't give in!
