About 2 weeks ago my epassporte account was blocked of some reason.
I have sent them three messages but I have still not got any replies.
Have anyone here got their account blocked? And if so, how did you do to get in contact with them to get it unblocked again. They say at their site that they have a high volume of calls and emails and that it can take time to get a reply, but I think 2 weeks is a ridiculous long time.
Any advices?
