I see quite a bit of potential in her look and in the photo quality of the shots you posted, but with no video on the site I can't see it making a lot of cash or retaining the members you do manage to get. A) she has the will and the ability to show up, and on time.

I'd say you are wasting your time (and ours) with this chick if the above is true.
