IMHO one of the BIGGEST mistakes ever made by ICANN was to allow independent 3rd party companies to become registrars. Back when they first announced they were going to do it, I remember thinking what a cluster fuck this would eventually become.

EXACTLY because of things like this.

A LOT of people have lost A LOT of very good domains, through no fault of their own, and without any foreseeable recourse.

but i lost
realxxxamateurs.com
xxxasianamerican.com << paid for this one 3 times even
amateurvidclips.com

But letting the idiots over at netsol ass rape everyone for the domains is not the answer either.
