You're not allowed to suggest Stocks or Real estate.

There's never been a time where I can't really see the next big thing until now - probably because of where we are at in the economic cycle.

Your thoughts?

I would invest money in the Sex MMORPG I'm working on. (Like World of Warcraft except all sexed up) :)

Why are you here?

I've got an opportunity for sole access to a major tourist spot with the one brothel license available now or for the foreseeable future with full political and legal protection and long-time personal and family contacts to make it happen.

That's what I'd do with it...

I don't think the bulk of your liquid assets and retirement funds being in domain names is a very safe or long term investment. :2 cents:

XMaster 11-27-2006 10:18 AM

real estate !!!

Wad 11-27-2006 10:20 AM

I doubt about investing that amount of money in domains...

Buy a couple absentee owner franchises. Invest the rest in low risk OK interest accounts. You can get %5+ with little to no risk.

cheekycherry 11-27-2006 04:18 PM

5% is kinda low but yes, you can get about that with almost zero risk. I don't mind a bit of managed risk though.

You can get that with COMPLETELY zero risk. HSBC and Emigrant are both paying 5.05 on MM accounts FDIC insured up to $100K. Open up 5 accounts :)

I found out by accident Emigrant pays 5.15 over $100K too.
