              tons of stupid auctions like that, ebay needs to do a better job of looking and pulling auctions that are misleading. Of course I don't fault the buyer either but it still sucks

                                                      As long as he has a verified address they should. Guy selling has 60 feedback + 100% positive so the guy buying should have access to paypal's fraud protection dealio so up to a $1,000 bucks the guy can try to get his money back. Hell if he paid via PP with a credit card he can just do a chargeback so it's no biggie either way.
