Had a recipe for shits and giggles ...

One good way to do it ..

Ingredients:
1 small Onion, chopped, pared and cut into 1" pieces
2 tablespoons Oil
1 cup Coconut Milk
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
2 medium size Yams or sweet potatoes
1/4 teaspoon Ground cloves
-----------------------------------------------
In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook and stir onion in oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

Or the best way ...

Get some yams from Vons, a shit load of brown sugar and butter and boil em up together.

Your heart will thank you !!!!

cool ingredfients but Yams are my least favorite if the turkey day sides I love Stuffing and Grandmas mashed Potatoes!

Turkey cooked in herbs and chardonnay
Apple and pork sausage stuffing
Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Cranberry Sauce

There had better be some left overs when I get home!!!!
