Does Anyone Have Anything Positive About Epassporte.com

Hello,

Does anyone have anything at all positive about epassporte.com?

I'm mean the customer support is outrageously poor.

Any business user have anything positive to say?

My experience is *all* bad .... even a direct email past the customer
support is not help at all.

The terms "what a mob of cock-suckers!" .. feels appropirate here .....

Thoughts?

The only problems I've ever had with them were sorted out by Michael O. before I even had my morning coffee.

Keep in mind that I don't have a business/merchant account with them. But, overall, I'm pleased.

Could be worse, right?

p.s. That quickbuck banner at the top of GFY is going to give someone a seizure.

Epassporte is nothing but positive for me

I just got my card stolen, it was locked instantly and a new card is already on the way to me.

For over two years they have taken perfect care of my money. This is by far the best Online banking service out there.

If your having this much trouble I bet you ain't using it properly.

And how come you don't just call them when you have issues, problems are best solved over the phone.

Otherwise use Michael O. He took care of everything for me in a split second this time.

Epassporte Rocks.

I was slightly irritated when I bought the plastic card. It asked when I applied which name I'd like on the card. I changed the default to the one I wanted but it arrived with the 'default' name. They then asked for $20 to change the name. Why ask what name you want on the card if you are going to ignore it???
Michael O is on the case for me now so I hope it gets resolved.

Nothing but great things to say about Epassporte! As for their customer service, when was the list time you called your bank and got a live person on the phone at 10pm on a sunday?!?! Epassporte has it covered. My preferred method of payment, and reciept of payment.

I never had a problem with epass and don't expect I ever will.
As for support the only time I have ever had to use it I got an answer within 24 hrs and it answered my question perfectly.
And now with Michael O on the job,y I expect if I have any problems in the future they will get takin care of quite fast.

i don't have a business account but the only negative i have to say about them is they don't have an option to hook it up to canadian bank accounts and 500/day is a bit low for daily withdraw.

Agreed. However, equally you don't want your nickname on your 'real card', especially if it's superdick or something. I put my 'real name' in my account details and they sent it to my real name and address, but they chose for some reason to put on my nickname, despite me asking otherwise.

It does feel like the amount they charge that their service should be pristine, which I would say they aren't currently. I'm sure they have investors to make money back though. In a few years I'm sure they'll improve greatly / become pristine.
