I was reading a site that mentioned them, and it shot me right back in time. I'm ashamed to remember that I used to wear them in my hair.

Nothing like drug paraphenalia that could double as a fashion accessory.

at first I just thought that it was a clip to clip the feather on to girls clothes with. wasnt long before I fugured out the real purpose.
