i'm smokin a turkey atm, over some grapefruit wood with mesquite chips.. rubbed down by my wife.. in a 500# smoker.. will try and post some pics

I'm just on a small lake though - the big lakes are WAY out of my price range. But I have a lot next to me I own that's lakefront - we can make a cooking/real estate trade :)

(and Al-been-y isn't THAT far a drive for that meat, lol!)

i have a wood smoker i built but this is a cheapo gas smoker from wallyworld... see the link from Peaches above. its the top one which is the wider of the two.

i want to get a fancy stainless one from sams to match my grill at some point

heres the bird finished. the butts are wrapped in foil and still going for another couple hours.
