I think Loki is on the money ... his first comment was to shock people and get a reaction to prove the power of a simple word .... i don't think he may have gone overboard on his attempt to say something shocking to change the way he set was going (the hecklers ) and I think it backfired on him but Black comedians say the same things all the time and people take it as a joke and move on. I think there was a lot more hate and racism in Mel Gibson's statement then in this case and people let that go pretty fast.
