1. Rasters are static images while vectors are made up of paths. I'd use vectors in print work or when something needs to be multiple size scales.
2. As many as you create. 3. Photoshop Document 4. Settings...? 5. False. 6. False. 7. False.  8. False. I don't use any plugins. 9. False. Less is more. 10. The change a layers realitionship to the other layers. 11. Edit->Define Custom Shape 12. There are many things it can be used for. Personally, I use it for smoothing out rough edges. 13. Make my own however sometimes it's based on someone's style from a tutorial. 14. Well each pattern is different atleast for me. Best answer I can give. 15. False. 16. I've never done a paysite. 17. LOL. 18. Yes. 19. What is the difference between a free site and a gallery? 20. Not really. However I use actions for resizing that I've created. 21. ... ? 22. Shift+D. 23. Yellow. 24. Blue. 25.
