Anyone got hangover remedies besides having a beer. I usually drink like a gallon of water before I goto bed. But, when I'm really swerving,..... I just forget.

Egg whites. Seriously. Drink one egg white before drinking and you'll be good to go in the morning. Sounds stupid but try it.

Go for a jog, sweat it out. I know it's damn hard, when your head is about to explode. But it works.

If that's not your thing, then just order a pizza, rent a movie and be a lazy sob for a day. Refreshing.

Not stupid, it helps coat the stomach so less alcohol is absorbed. But it sure is ICKY...

this sounds kinda stupid, but i live by it... pedilyte... a shot before you go to bed totally kills hangovers, but if you forget at night, wake up and drink some, give it an hour and you're golden. the grape kind is the best.

its all bout prevention,,,

reason why you have a hangover is because the alcohol dehydrates your body,,,

so the cure is right before you goto bed is drink two full glasses of water,

also drinking better quality of alcohol helps also
the real cheap stuff can cause bad after effects
