Paypal do indeed seem to be backing porn in one way or another, here in the UK at least.

In the UK we have a mobile phone network called "3" (www.three.co.uk)
One of the functions of this network is called "see me tv"

Basically people can upload clips of themselves masturbating, showing their tits etc.

Each time a "surfer" downloads a clip, the sender of the video gets paid a percentage and according to this page,
payment is made via paypal :

Trouble is, paypal's mature policy page clearly states this :

Digital Goods
PayPal prohibits transactions for all sexually oriented digital goods. Digital goods include downloaded pictures or videos, subscriptions to websites, or other content delivered through a digital medium.

Thoughts???

UK and the US paypal have different policies......
