i think an exit pop is too much. if they're a "pro" do you think they wouldnt be able to afford hosting? hosting is dirt cheap now a days.

How would the newbie go broke -- they're getting a free domain and free hosting... with all the content out there their only investment is time.

Yes, it would make you money.

How many TGP's/LL's accept galleries/sites that has exit consoles? Not very many = no traffic to the galleries = no money.

It would be once the galleries/sites get picked up by the search engines you would make money. But I don't think your users would stick around for that long. Make couple of sites, submit them and figure out that they don't get accept. Bye bye, and on to the next free host.
