Epic Cash and CECash still have them. CECash's aren't true remote boxes, though.

What do you mean? They have their email sites and the CEMags program also has the email signup form you can put on your pages.

CE still had the input boxes last time I checked. Wegcash also has a collect program but you have to link to their "tour style" sites. In all honesty I would rather doubble opt-in collect them myself these days.

Most remote boxes collect the email, bring the surfer back to your page and then send him an email to confirm. CECash's boxes bring the surfer to another page and then make him fill out a form and then send him an email to confirm.

Things may have changed in the last year or two since I used them, but that's how they used to work.

Currently they take the user to a page which tells them to check their email to confirm. The page "upsells" (and includes a link to go back to your page) but not sure if we get credit for that or not although it does track my code thru the links. You could open that page in another window and then focus your main page via javascript.
