    I have never had a finger in my ass

    but they tell me, that in my age group (late 20's early 30's) that a man should go get his anus probed for lumps and bumps on a regular basis.

    I have never had this done and I find the whole prospect of another man sticking his latex finger up my shitter to be pretty frightening, let alone moving it around once he has inserted it.

    Have you had your anus played with? Is it as bad as I think it will be?

    I know this is all more than midly ironic coming from a guy who deals in alot of gay porn. I work with it, I dont perform in it.

      I suffered through the experience one time. I am in my late sixties and refuse to suffer the same experience again.

      Having said that, I would advise everyone to follow the doctor's advice, if you are interested in longivity.

          i had my prostate checked for prostitis a couple times... it burns some, quite uncomfortable, but the finger isn't that bad all in all.. the lubricant they use just makes you feel all gross for a few hours after.

          however.. when you get older to get checked they do colonoscapies (sp) and sigmoidoscopies (sp) - i hear my parents talking about them. one of them goes about a foot deep i think or something, and another one goes all the way up your intestinal tract, like 12+ feet.. talk about uncomfortable. i hope by the time i hit that age there will be a lot easier methods in medicine to check that shit!

                  I had the finger thing a couple of times when I was a teenager, because of abdominal problems. It hurts like a motherfucker. It's funny though, cause I shit honest to goodness logs and it doesn't hurt a bit. I guess it's because it's coming out and not going in. Or else, it's cause your relaxed when taking a shit, but not when a doctor is sticking his fat finger up your ass.

                  Anyway, I think you are young to be worried about that yet. I thought it was at 40 that they start with that shit?

                                                                              I know it sounds quite uncomfortable but you should consider the consequences if you ignore your doctor and don't get it checked out.

                                                                              There are a few options if your prostate gets out of control. Firstly, they can insert a thingy UP YOUR URETHRA and slowly BURN OFF bits of your prostate until it no longer encroaches on your pisser. If that doesn't work, they can CUT OPEN YOUR NUTSACK, go in and remove the prostate altogether. Thirdly, if it gets cancerous, you can go through chemotherapy and hope it shrinks and if it doesn't, and the cancer spreads to your kidneys or bladder and then its a slow painful death.

                                                                              I worked in a hospital, I've seen men go through all three of these.

                                                                              I would think its worth a few minutes of discomfort every few years to head these things off.
