From what I know and have heard of Aaron, he's a pretty straight up guy. I really doubt he would purposely do something that could get him in a pile of shit. With that said, I'm sure the picture was a complete accident, and I'm sure he went out of his way to correct the matter.

But I'm going to side with Fletch and Nina on this one. Granted, at a porn conference (as a woman) you can expect to get hit on and asked to be content for so and so. But that certainly doesn't make it right for someone to go out of their way to intrude on someone's privacy (not accusing Aaron here, just saying in general). I've only been in this business for a year, but I can honestly say that I've seen both sides of the spectrum, where professionalism or lack thereof, is concerned.

For the most part, I've found that the majority of people that attend these functions, show the highest respect and regard for their female associates. We've all worked extremely hard to earn that respect, too....its not easy getting you guys to look above and beyond our tits, at times, but you do, and you realize that we have brains as well as beauty. I know that, for myself, crass humor and tasteless jokes are all part of the job, however, most know that theres a boundry between that and downright disrespect...and not often does that line get crossed, I've found.

Its our job to be cute, sexy, seductive, and productive at these functions....but being those things doesnt mean that we expect to be publicly pawed and mauled by the perverts or have unsolicited shots taken of our snatch...and more often than not, this jsut doesnt happen.

This, like any other, is a business, above everything..and most treat it as such....

First off let me say that I have NO clue what is going on in all of this, I wasn't there........... but I do have some things to say in Aaron's defense. A couple of months ago when I was fired from my job and I was in a VERY bad place in my life, Aaron was on his way to some huge bash in Vegas and heard about what had happened to me...... he called me from his cell phone in his car to see if there was ANYTHING he could do to help me.......... THIS said loads to me as he and I, up to that point, had always been friends, but not CLOSE friends............ but that day, what he did for me, said so many things about him as a person. The heartless person that some of you are describing here would have never done something like this for anyone..........

Having said this......... Aaron told me that it was a case of mistaken identity and I believe him. No it doesn't make her feel any less violated and I don't blame her for feeling that way, but it was an accident from what I gather and he did say he was sorry and delete the pics from what I understand. Once a mistake has been made, it cannot be undone, but when someone says they are sorry, that's about the best they can do under the circumstances.

About the women going there should expect this sort of treatment....... well I part of me agrees with that and part of me is pissed off about that statement........ Should we then walk up to men and grab ourselves a handful of their dicks just because they are at a porn convention? Hell NO!!!!! That's insane to even THINK that way............. IF and when I ever go to one of these conventions it sure as hell will not be for the pure idea of being groped at, it will be for the sheer business and fun of it....... not to become some sex toy for people just because I am at a Porn Convention......... jeez. Interestingly enough I met Aaron in person on Thursday in Vancouver, he seems like a nice enough guy. I also left on Friday, so I missed most of the outings and didn't see any more of him.

Were it any of my staff that happened to be caught on camera without a release and it appeared on the net somewhere, regardless of who took the picture, the appropriate action would occur.

I got to know Aaron and his antics quite well over the past few days and believe he is respectful personality wise and very open eared in learning his boundaries business wise. Whatever content shooting risks he takes on his own time is his problem but when you are at a webmaster convention doing it, you are taking a much bigger risk. I think he realizes this. I was at the Vancouver convention and hung out with Aaron alot.
I watched him take 2 upskirt photos without permission.
