Mr. Cohen-

Two years ago, when iBill did me over, I came to this very same board to vent my anger. It was here that I learned about MyVirtualCard. I wanted to be sure MVC checks out and won't do me the same as iBill. You Mr. Cohen, assured me that you are a solid processor and all will be good if I process with you, which I did (merchant 1523), and for two years everything was going great.

Fast forward to present day at Paymonde:

?We weren?t left with much of a choice but to go out of business,? Cohen said. ?We have not received payment from the bank, and until we do so, I cannot pay what is owed out of my own pocket."

agree with you on the above statement Mr. Cohen, after all, if the bank has my money how can you pay me? But its not only money owed that I have lost. Even thought I lost all rebills that I built over the last two years, and all my affiliates dropped me (no one works free), I can't blame this situation on you, after all, shit does happen. But what befalls me is how can you continue to process 100s of my rebills after you shut down and locked me out?

?What I hate about this whole situation is people on the boards calling me a thief and a scumbag,? Cohen said. ?We tried to take care of all of our clients. I know many of them personally.

Come on Howard, don't fell bad about a little name calling. Even my brother will call me "thief and scumbag" and a lot worse names if I had his money and didn't return his calls. If you would have keept everyone updated regarding this mess, no one will be calling you names. But its not too late to give us some updates.

How do I know your not running away if you don't return my calls or answer my emails? You need to answer your emails and keep me updated as to when I should see my money.

I feel terrible for all involved. I?m not a crook. Paymonde is not iBill.?

Mr. Cohen, If you can't send my money right now because the bank has it, I will feel much better if you give me access to keep an eye on it. If you don't answer me, that goes to show your worse than iBill. Please prove me wrong

Guys, I just got a positive email from Mr. Cohen. Please, lets give him and the guys at paymonde more time to sort things out and IM sure we all get paid. Making charge backs will only cause more problems and delay our payout indefinitely.

That's very true, I didn't asked my customers to do charge backs at them because it will only make things much worse that it already is

FYI: I, like you and the rest, is still waiting to get paid and haven't got anything yet. All IM saying is that making massive charge backs is not the answer. This can only lead to the bank freezing our funds. I don't know about you, but the rest of us need this money.

whatthey are doing is criminal and i have already asked all my clients to reverse purchases.
you think you deserve to get your hard earned money back but quite clearly the crooks dont think that way. the more webmasters hit them legally/financially and get their funds frozen for ever, the better it will be

Cohen has already declared his business has shut down. It's a business that could not settle it's commitments on the due date. To say it another way - we are talking about a dead parrot company.

Dead parrots do not have either the rights or the liberty to assume they can deal with creditors on a "case by case basis". They are bust, insolvent, whatever. An insolvent company has no rights other than to cease trading.

Officers of an insolvent company who then assume preferential settlements/dealings with creditors are committing offenses.
