These threads are turning into the biggest advertisement for zango ever.

I'm guilty of starting 1 or 2 myself. I think the best thing to do is let those that can do something; do something.

agreed, and although I have been guilty of AFF bashing the past few days people need to realize this goes beyond AFF and instead of bashing AFF and other companies that are using zango to benefit or protect their business interests we should all use our energy to try to come up with a solution to the problem rather then put even more distraction and pressure on these companies

the zango problem even goes beyond just online adult, it is a problem for mainstream as well, so as we have done in the past lets show mainstream why the adult industry has the reputation of being innovative by coming up with a solution to this adware problem

that theory had been posted a couple times and disproved.

think about it. follow me here, like me or don't like, whatever listen to what i am saying.

Zango has two sides. the zangocash side which pays people .40 an install.

There were actually some people here (more then you know or that has been posted) that did not know how bad zango was hurting themselves and all of us. With all of this being exposed those people stopped promoting zango.

Everyone here promotes other sponsors too. When they do a zango install and make .40 cents (on us traffic only

) then if that person signups to any of your other sponsors via your site, you dont get credit for the sale.

Does this publicity make you want to promote zango cash ? Would you put it on your site knowing that you MAY make .40 for the download but then can make $0.00 of off that person if he signs up to any of your other sponsors. beyond that, that person is marked for life, now if he comes to my site or anyone else here and signups up none of us ever make money from that.

I don't think many people are running to go signup to zango cash because of these postings. Rather the opposite has happened the people here who were doing it and now are educated have stopped.

The other side of Zango. Where people buy traffic (metrics direct)
I agree, some people read all of this and some shady people will thnk it is a good idea and go buy from zango. Fine with me. It will just drive the cost of the traffic up real high and all the people using it will make little profit, perhaps to the point that they may choose it is not worth it anymore. Either way, if AFF.com is selling for .01 a popup or $2.00 a popup, it doesnt matter to me they still t aking my traffic, at least they are making less profit from doing it and are more likely to stop.

Jay, everyone here is not retarded. some of us actualy have thought this through and know what we are doing. Some of us are sacraficing our own time and money for the better of everyone. Granted I am not doing it for you, but i have to do it for you if I want to protect myself, whether or not you are helping or hurting the issue, i will still be helping you.

People that dont want to read zango stuff have to weed through it no different then if they don't want to read the 90% of other crap that is posted here all the time. Let's sue. It would take a lot of big money up front to get a good lawyer to handle it. Then you also have to consider if Zango does not settle there will be a retardedly long trails which will include giving the jury and the judge a crash course in affiliate marketing.

Probably the people in the best position to sue are the people with trademarks or pattents.

Lars, by the size of his company, has problems (and successes) most of us can't imagine. He is the target for new ideas and technology, good/bad and only time will tell in most cases. In this case he was using a product most of us hadn't even heard of.

A product that we are still arguing about. A product that most don't fully understand. Tonight, to name two names I have come to respect, Jay and Jace both asked questions about Zango that showed a lack of fully understanding the complexities involved. And there are more of these companies with various programs out there. Most of us haven't a clue.

Who knows what sales pitch Lars was given by Zango. I'll wager it involved more profit for both AFF AND his affiliates. Or why would he have accepted it.

Who knows what kind of shit Lars has rejected in the past to everyones benefit. Companies like Zango don't target Mercedes or General Motors who make their money off line. They can't. They target internet cash cows like Lars (lucky fuck).

Lars biggest mistake was human. He didn't acknowledge he might have fucked-up, made a mistake. That web-masters might be right. That maybe he knows everything about HIS business but not enough about Zangos or his affiliates ..... Or ... his affiliates need to prepare for change.

How did Sears, Ford and General Motors know Firestone was selling them massive amounts of shitty product. They didn't. They also didn't proudly stand behind a product they didn't produce. Lars, if Zango has turned out to be a bad idea, just fucking say so. If it's great but beyond our understanding, explain.

You didn't make Zango. You made AFF. You made AFF, it's huge ... affiliates need your pay-outs, you need their traffic. Does anyone need Zango?
