Let me qualify this better.

If you plan to 404 traffic to ANYTHING, geo-filter that shit first.

Send credit card issuing countries to the paysite but everything else to a landing page with something like www.passwordbyphone.com on it.

Sure it's a bit of work to setup but you'll make way more $$$$$$$$$.
