Netbilling never even bother to answer my questions so paymonde was quite a good choise

Bingo. The whole industry is hanging by a thread each and every day. It all operates at the fancy of the powers that be, and it could all end at any time.

Paymonde got the letter from the bank just like many others before them. They probably tried desperately to secure other processing capabilities but there is just nowhere else to go. So that's that. This is the sort of biz where you live it day to day and try to rake it in like there is no tomorrow.

But is anyone incompetent for choosing Paymonde? Hmmm...It's truly hard to argue that any processor is in a solid position these days.

Those who have been using and setting up their own merchant accounts for years wonder what all the fuss is about. All these problems happen only to aggregator/third party billers. Those with the proper setup sleep well at night.

I agree. It's really good to see people being reasonable in these threads after all the terrible things that have been said about Paymonde. What's their crime exactly? They weren't totally upfront with their affiliates when they were having problems? Oh well. They were scrambling to get back on track and take care of everyone, but it just didn't work out. It's not like they were lying all along, nor did they intentionally set out to rip people off.

Business go under all the time. It happens. And yes, it sucks. People are losing money. No one is happy. ESPECIALLY Paymonde. These guys are sick over what happened. They had the best of intentions. I think it's important, however, to remember that we are all susceptible to failure, and that senseless name-calling isn't going to solve anything.

yeah... shady people doing porn processing in a country where producing porn and owning a porn site is illegal. who could have foreseen troubles with the merchant bank? a real shocker for sure.
