Paymonde got the letter from the bank just like many others before them. They probably tried desperately to secure other processing capabilities but there is just nowhere else to go. So that's that. This is the sort of biz where you live it day to day and try to rake it in like there is no tomorrow.
But is anyone incompetent for choosing Paymonde? Hmmm...It's truly hard to argue that any processor is in a solid position these days.

I agree. It's really good to see people being reasonable in these threads after all the terrible things that have been said about Paymonde. What's their crime exactly? They weren't totally upfront with their affiliates when they were having problems? Oh well. They were scrambling to get back on track and take care of everyone, but it just didn't work out. It's not like they were lying all along, nor did they intentionally set out to rip people off.
Business go under all the time. It happens. And yes, it sucks. People are losing money. No one is happy. ESPECIALLY Paymonde. These guys are sick over what happened. They had the best of intentions. I think it's important, however, to remember that we are all susceptible to failure, and that senseless name-calling isn't going to solve anything.
