1 - there is a sex tape, but without model releases it can't be sold as anything... any one who runs it and shows would leave themselves open to a lawsuit that would bankrupt even the biggest media outlets.

2 - wannabe K-fed signed a prenup that is apparently thicker than his head, and thinker than a new york phone book.

3 - Since Brit has been off for their entire marriage making babies, she hasn't made much money, and she has paid for literally everything this dufus has done. She even paid for her own wedding ring. She bought the house, she paid for his studio, she paid for his album to get made, and likely even paid off someone to get it released.

The answer is the mandated $165k or whatever the number is in the prenup, and nothing more. If he sells the tape, he will take in big money for about an hour, and then Brit and her lawyers will sue it all back out of him, plus more... either way, he ends up once again as a poor backup dancer with a failed rap career and a large penis.
