Never in a satisfying manner. Did pick up a guy once and throw him down though. That was satisfying.

I have never punched anybody but I smashed a hamster cage on my crazy ex's head once because he scared the shit out of me. He was going totally nuts and I tought he was coming on to me to attack me so I was panicked, and took the first thing that came in handy which was a small hamster cage with the hamster still inside. He never scared me again :1orglaugh

Yup...enough times to know that there are better options.
