Any "easy to use" photo program out there that adds borders?
Quick and dirty is okay, are there any that you guys have used that work and are okay? I know photoshop can do it, but its too complicated for my friend.

Paint Shop Pro can do it too. A little easier than PS.

I am not sure of the purpose, but if you are looking for this to submit galleries, check out Chameleon Submitter - it has a good cropping tool inside (adding borders included) that will prepare all of the thumb sizes your gallery needs for different TGP/MGP sites within a few seconds and automatically.
