I stay away from this Zango drama and I only skimmed this thread, but this statement made me wondering. I thought the question here is whether will76 is "iritating" or not with his constant "crying" about Zango, and not wether Zango is bad for this business.

Because I think Zango - as a prime example of spyware - is one of the biggest threats to this industry. Just like potential credit card processing regulations, the .xxx domains etc...

If Zango isn't opposed, then in two years from now, not 2% but 20% of affiliate sales will be lost because of spyware....

ii. Do you believe this practice to be true and if so, do you believe it is dishonest and outright stealing?

iii. Do you believe Will's commitment to bringing this issue to light actually helps the webmaster community and is a positive contribution?

iv. If so, why are you trying to discredit or otherwise hinder a serious issue as this?

v. Lastly, if your sales were being stolen in this matter, what would you do about it? What action would you take?
