24, Heroes (just got caught up as I dvr'ed all them), Lost, and amazing race. Those are my can't be missed ones. I watched Grey's with my lady but really i'm not that invested in it.

24 for me. I tried to get into Heros but then they started fucking with it's time slot and I lost interest. I saw Lost this week and I think I may check that show out again, it's hit and miss with me though.
