First off, I'd like to give my honest apoligizes to JFPDude.


What I did was a mistake and lack of knowlegde and ignorance of my actions are no excuse. I used an email list from a guy that gave me his nick "Bullseye". He apparently goes by many names. I have never sent mass mailings to anyone before this and really didn't know what I was getting in to. I was assured again and again by this guy that everything was fine and that these emails were optin and completely safe to use. I don't know much about mass mailing and still don't. This is the first time I tried it and it obvisiously did more harm then good. I will try my best to expose the guy that is selling these lists and work with JFPDude as much as possible to dispose of him. JFKDude has been great to me and he NEVER deserved anything like this, I have threatened his reputation along with others and can only hope that this is all cleared up. I don't expect forgiveness, but I do want everyone to know I messed up and was playing with fire when I didn't know it.

"Bullseye" I will not blame for my actions and lack of knowledge for what I was doing. I will however do my best to keep anyone else from getting email lists from him and prevent him from distributing this type of promotion.

Again, I offer my complete apoligizes to JFPDude and everyone that this has affected.

So you mistakenly put a TGP on a domain and hosting account someone was nice enough to give you to help you get your design business off the ground, then inadvertently spammed people with your new TGP?

Guys as you can all see from the boards this weekend cheating is not good in this business.

It tarnishes your name from the git go and keeps alot of well know people from ever helping you out in the future.

Newbies make mistakes from time to time. Owning up to them and changing your ways from that point is good but still leaves some people from never trusting you. A bad name in this business will block you from future business deals.

Newbies to this business to me is a term. As evolving as this business is everybody in it is still a newbie.

Nobody ever knows if the next new person will be the next pioneer to something new in this business. Therefore exchanging ideas and working together in groups far outperforms the people that are trying to cheat and being singled out to try and make it on thier own.

Just to finish off with insanemidget I believe he learned a valuable lesson this weekend. I futher feel he needs to earn his trust back at least with me. I have many people wanting me to sell his domain. I can do that easily because I actually own the domain. However here's what I am going to do and my reasons for doing it.

I personally feel that insanemidget and his brother need to grow up and become mature in their business dealings, and what he did caused me great pain both with my host and other people I deal with. Therefore I am going to give insanemidget a chance to show he was wrong and a chance to grow and walk away from this with a good reputation.

All he has to do is:

1. Post how he is going to make it up to me and make it a reasonable offer.

2. Follow through with his reasonable offer to my approval.

3. refrain from these types of decisions in the future.


Why am I doing this? I feel insanemidget has a lot to offer this community and I believe everybody needs a second chance in life.

There you go insanemidget run with it man ... and become the biggest thing this industry has ever seen.

Certainly hope you don't get screwed by trying to help someone who thus far has a crappy track record...

Sorry for taking so long to reply, I haven't been around and this was the first I've seen JFPdude's reply. I would like to thank him for the way he has handled this situation and really shows how great of a person he actually is. I don't deserve another chance like this. I messed up and would do anything to help get pass this mess.

For you JFPDude, your gallery site I can offer a complete redesign of it. I will design new logo(s), banners, animated banners, buttons, and whatever else is needed.

Again, you all know how sorry I am. I only want to solve this, and make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
