My guess is more people each week will stop getting paid until eventually their is no more money. They will then go bankrupt, or lose their VISA. If they do not lose it on their own, they will once all of my members, and some of the others in these threads have people doing hundreds of charge backs on their asses.

Some call it unfair. I call it sweet justice.

Their reputation's been taking a hit this whole time, and not a single word from them. My guess is if they wanted to stay in business, they would be doing serious damage control.

But that is not the case.

I have lots of money in the account, all from dvd sales, I have emailed every single person who made a payment in the last 6 months and asked them to do a charge back, I have lots of 300 dollar transactions so it will catch up to them real fast......

Precisely! We're sending out our emails today and cancelling the whole kit and kaboodle. For us (like for so many of you), this is an extremely difficult thing to do, but really, there's no other choice. The horror, of course, is that chances are that NOTHING will happen to the scum in charge at Paymonde. This stuff is going to keep happening as long as there are no consequences for the thieves.

Sure... nothing will happen until someone or a group of webmaster claimants do take legal action.

This is the same old iBill (and others before them) scenario - a few webmaster remain living in hope, others feel they don't want to waste money on lawyers, others want to cut the throats of the corp officers Meantime, the processor says nothing and eventually the dust settles and folks are resigned to not collecting a dime.

Only thing that carries any weight is legal paperwork (or possible action countering criminal conduct) - till that happens, fat chance of getting a dome

PS BTW.. Who is "Paymonde"?? We know of Easynet, MVC, Funds2Go blah - but apparently no data on the purported biz under which contracts were signed.

I have records of this company rebill my 1200 member base before the actual due date all a few days before not paying my weekly payout.

sadly they have now closed down the sites both of them

but if you do have this information then you may be able to help send these people where they belong in prison.

I have been waiting for this day for several years, sitting patiently, waiting for something real brutal to happen to these swindlers. If all you guys inspire your clients to do massive chargebacks and they comply, these guys will be in a heapload of trouble, criminal, not civil anymore....

If you did not get your member's e-mails a week ago when threads told you to start e-mailing your members, then you have little choice but to remove their script server side, and put up a page for your members to do a chargeback.

Provide the details of what they need to do, as well the support page on PISO for them to cancel just to make sure it's done.

VISA will close their account as soon as they get thousands of chargebacks in the course of a major FUCK YOU PAY ME. Which will then come crashing back on iMonde, and their creditors.

It's hard to tell. But it would appear from what I could tell that PayMonde was the operating name. EzPaynet, or PISO, was the actual corporate name.

When I was researching the other day when working on the one thread, and trying to track down their thiefdom I had gotten the impression PayMonde was just the 'front'.

Its not a question of getting paid anymore. Its a question of how much we want to let them keep out of our hard earned money. I already have 13 chargebacks for today. But this is just the begning

When I was researching the other day when working on the one thread, and trying to track down their thiefdom I had gotten the impression PayMonde was just the 'front'.

If Paymonde is simply a trading style of another corp (tho who knows on that), - it's interesting webmasters appear to have signed deals for processing without checks on who they were trading with.

Hard to say at the moment, but there may be a clue in personal liabilty claims against Burah or anyone who may be "partners" in "Paymonde".

If Paymonde is a trading style of Ezpaynet - there are a couple of "Ezpaynet" corps around (where the usual names are involved). If Paymonde is, as claimed, a division of PISO - that's another story which raises the question, what is "PISO" and who are the officers?

Smell this is heading towards Quebec more than any "faces" in the Philippines.
