i don't know about american medicinal marijauna (i always see people bragging up how gret cali medicinal is) but canadian medicinal marijauna is about the equivilent of smoking lawn clippings. well maybe no tthta bad, but the thc content in controlled strains used by the government here, is considerably lower than most recreationally smoked weed...

doubtfull . i will tell you a funny story about that..

first off ill say, its kinda hard to measure "better" theres many types of thc , and not only that theres other things besides thc in bud , without cnb's your going to have a problem..

anyways they can test thc and i suppose thats the best overall measure besides trying it.

ok back to the story , back in the day the dealers would actually have their weed "authenticated" by the police. When you got busted for possesion , of even a small amount and went to court they must analyze the weed and submit that to the judge ( and of course your lawyer gets a copy ) , in this contained a chemical analysis of the thc content of the marijuana. So dealers could "rank" their weed when someone they sold to got busted by paying for their court case and obtaining the police analysis..

Of course rather meaningless as you never knew if the weed was the weed that got busted or just some random weed.
