If I purchased the site I would need to get a new logo, and update it with css before anything else. Not to mention adding more text, and starting a new link building campaign after you remove all your network links.

I don?t have a lot of money, but I?d like the site. How much are you thinking it is worth?

The conversation ratio with the numbers you said would be 1/1500. Where does the traffic come from?

i have some links on different websites that link to HM...thats probably where the traffic comes from...not sure i don't keep track of this one....

I'm not showing any significant backlinks via Google. Alexa shows little activity as well.

as the site/domain doesnt have any traffic you can always but it and change the name of it and start feeding traffic/backlinks...

don't know what you consider "serious offer", seems to me you don't even have a clue about how much you want, or you'd start with a price or ballpark

Now, you're selling a site with exclusive content.... text. Well, 99.99% of sites in the interweb have exclusive content... text. You say it's SE friendly. OK, then the proof for that is that you'd be ranking quite high with SE. Your site gets a top rank for "horny mark" at Yahoo. That's great. Thing is nobody will type that for a search, and you don't even rank at Google, so you should say which keywords are you showing on SE, otherwise the "SE friendly" sales pitch makes no sense.

So, in short: you have a site with no traffic which works as a hub for sponsors and nothing more than that. I offer you $50 for that, and I'm damn serious, only because of the PR3

supplemental != banned

It just means that Google decided that the content of the page was too close to the content of another page and is easily fixed by making those pages more unique but will take time as they'll have to be re-indexed
