The Funeral was absolutely beautiful.

As you know I had another death this past week, well it was 80 yesterday so the weather couldn't have been better. The flowers were never ending. I have to say this was the nicest funeral I have ever been to.

The one thing that I found strange was they put her in the ground and buried her right there in front of us. I have never seen people do that before.

RIP my Ms. Viola.

Every funeral Ive ever been to they lower the casket right before you, and usually a few close family members will stick around to make sure the casket gets covered in firt so noone can mess with it

I found the reverse strange, I've always seen the coffin dropped in the grave and the first time I attended a funeral in the States when people were leaving and the coffin was still above ground , I was sitting there thinking 'hello, have we forgotten to do something?'

My condolences on your loss

Sorry for that loss, TA. You know what, I don't really find going to funerals comfotable. I just can't stay there too long.
