The really interesting legal part for me is the following:
1) Can the tape legally be shown without 2257 documents? 2) Who holds the copyrights for the tape? (In the article they mention it´s her husband) 3) Can a tape legally be made public without the agreement of all persons shown on the tape? It would be a legal problem in many European countries. |
