No one hacked the kids account. GoDaddy has ridiculous security on their system and if anyone was capable of hacking GoDaddy that easily, they wouldn't have waster their time with that moron's account.

Good advise Squishy, You did initially pay for a year correct? I have yet to see a prompt that says cancel existing domains here. Someone had to have sent a request for termination. That request is "criminal" in a number of ways.

There is a cancel domain option on GoDaddy. It's one of the top options in the version 4.0 control panel. It's the icon with a red circle with an X in the middle.

yeah it seems like the domain wasnt paid for properly
