Candidate will answer user emails and phone calls and help the users access the website. Candidate will assist users in troubleshooting problems with their PC/Mac and with the website. Problems such as password reset, account activation, flash and javascript installation/settings and so on.
This job pays $10/hr, 40 hours/wk, full time, permanent.
