one thing I get from watching these political races on tv

The last two are being decided by less than 10,000 votes which shows people voting can make a difference.

There is no fucking choice, there would be no difference. You are being lied to. Political choice in this country is a cleverly manipulated illusion much like JudeoChristian doctrine and you folks are poor saps that buy into it.. Wake up America someone slipped you a roofie!

I think they dont want all citizens to vote, I was listening on the news about voting somewhere in south american and they had voting on Sunday. Why cant we do it here, imagine the people that want to vote but cant get their during the week. They would then get a shot or you can do your taxes on the the phone. Why could we vote on the phone, you register get a code and vote using a touch tone phone.

Proof? Show me what has/will change because of these elections? There's your proof. I don't mean simply changing names. Facts. Agendas. Difference. Where?

Tony here in Australia we vote in local, state and national elections on a Saturday - we also have postal voting for those who will be away from home on polling day and if you can't get in to vote because of work commitments you have a pre-poll vote.

We also still vote with paper ballots

Most countries I know in Europe and America vote on Sunday.

It does indeed go to show that every vote counts, and that everyone who can should be voting!
