                  Not a whole lot on this upgrade. Eliminates a possible cross-site scripting flaw (already patched), a number of minor bug fixes which weren't critical, and two minor changes in the template system. I've already tested the install on the development server, total downtime including file edits, uploading, and running the upgrade process was around 6 minutes.

                          Actually it was pretty easy to apply the patch, and the patches for 3.6.4 as well. Haven't done the full upgrade as we had a DDoS attack since then, and working on other things. Even though GFY has the patch files in place (3.6.3 and 3.6.4 done on the same day as released) I'll probably do the full upgrade this weekend that will "officially" update the version number that appears at the bottom of the screens.
