I *HAATE* banks

So I go to the bank today to do 2 things:
1) Pay off my Credit Card
2) Make a money order

So I go to my bank where my CC is, makes things simpler right? WRONG

I get there to pay my credit card, and they ask me for TWO pieces of ID... for having to PAY them, not havin to take money or something. So whatever, I go get a 2nd ID from my car and go back. Then I ask them for a money order (cash equivalent), and they tell me that they can't make me a money order unless I am a member of the bank (have more than a credit card).

Its like WTF, I always used to go to any random bank to get a money order. And I'm paying these people 50grand a year on my credit card and they still wont do a simple money order for me?

So I go to the bank next door, another one. And I ask them to do a money order and the teller is like sure just go to the foreign exchange section and get some US dollars. Done, I return (different teller this time), and she tells me that I need to make the money order in CANADIAN dollars. WTF?!??!?!

So I go back, reverse the foreign exchange transaction and finally get a money order after about an hour.

I fucking HATE banks. Always have, Always will

You shouldn't find your banks on MYSPACE...

I know that Asspimple is stoopid ... As he says, it is a FACT !

But I can't figure out how he can breathe or type , at the same time ....

What is it with the fucking banks here? Its been 6 years im with the same god damn bank, that I deposit the SAME cheques from the SAME company to the SAME person....

Well it seems like everytime I happen to get in front of a 'suck-the-boss's-ass' newbie CUNT it suddenly makes it IMPOSSIBLE to deposit my cheque in my account and have my money available before 30 business days because its a US cheque...

Weird though that when I start to make a scandal and say that I am not MOVING my ass of here until they bring in the manager that it suddenly becomes possible. I HATE THEM ALL!!!!

I dealt with this every time I banked in Canada when I lived there. I'd go in to deposit the same check. They would tell me they can't even though it has been noted on the account. I would say "Deposit the cheque" nicely one more time. If they refused I would raise my voice 10x and say "Close my account immediately." That solved every problem. Frustrating doing that all the time.

strange, i've never had that problem. in my hometown it was no problem because everyone knew me but even when i moved to ottawa when i first brought some checks in i explained the situation, told them they could call the bank manager in my hometown where i was cashing checks for years without a single bounce. they didn't even call, just put a note on my account so i make sure to always go to that branch. the bank is td canada trust btw.

you don't know you're wearing a leash if you sit by the peg all day..

Had the same problem with my first bank, i closed account, went to few others, asked questions before opening an account as to what i would be doing (foreign checks etc etc), found one that best suited me, and have had no problems since then.
