              Try an email. I've heard that occasionally people walk away from their computers for a few hours at a time (although I have never seen it happen).

                                  I'm sure that's not what he meant (or at least that's not the impression I got). From my understanding, Xlabor is a rather large company. Just like with webhosts (or any other large company for that matter), it's nice to have 24 hour support. I can see if it was an individual text writer, yes a person needs to sleep and eat and may not be available 24 hours a day.

                                              guys: It happens that I have a family and a life, and sometimes I need to walk away from my computer to take care of both. I'm sorry if that upsets some people. Other than that, I am pretty much available all the time

                                                                          Thanks, Babagirls... That's exactly what I meant! Even I (fucking nobody) make myself time (including meals and 8 daily hours of sleep) to be available for the people I work with.
