Attention Breeders:

As many of you may remember, I held a charity auction for the FSC a couple of months ago. Fleshlight Cash won with a top bid of $7,000, and Epic Cash pledged to match that donation with an additional $7,000.

Epic Cash was included in my sig for the month, included in the press releases issued by the FSC, was included on the FSC's website, and in articles on AVN Online and XBiz. It is my understanding that Epic is also getting props in upcoming print issues of both AVN Online and Xbiz World Magazine.

Fleshlight Cash made their donation in a timely manner, and the FSC has expressed immense gratitude for their contribution.

Guess what? Despite my REPEATED efforts, Epic Cash hasn't made good to the FSC. It has been about 2 months now.

They were given details on where and how to send payment the same week the auction ended. I have e-mailed EpicJim, I have e-mailed Trey, I have talked to EpicJim once on ICQ and have talked to JimTheFiend on ICQ SEVERAL times about the matter.

Repeated promises over and over from staff of Epic Cash, yet no check to the FSC.

The Free Speech Coalition was counting on that donation, as they count on all pledges that they receive, and they have been let down by Epic Cash.

The FSC has told me today that they're preparing to consider the pledge a loss, and this thread is my last attempt at trying to collect the $7,000 donation from Epic Cash. It is money that the FSC much needs to help defend this industry, and protect each of our personal freedoms.

Don't take offense to this as I really support the cause and what you've done for it. I also think that they should pay the money since they did promise it.

However, you're making it seem like a bunch of kids are dying because they didn't get their donation. They're fucking lawyers, and despite what causes they choose to defend, they are still in it for the money. While Epic should do the honorable thing and pay, lets not pretend that they're stiffing a Children's Hospital.

I provided you with contact information to the person at the FSC that Epic needed to interface with for any requests that you may have had. I was told by them today that they've had no communications from Epic Cash at all.

I can probably dig up emails to that effect.....wether or not accounting got what they needed is unknown at this point....but given epics current growth i seriously can see something falling through the cracks....i dont believe we were EVER contacted by the FSC to discuss the payment arrangement....we were only contacted by XBIZ.....

you also have my fucking ICQ i believe.....for some reason you are afraid to chat with me directly...you always seem to try and circumvent me....why is that??
