There will really be no effect to be honest with you. You'll see a lot more investigations, a lot more accountability, but legislations wise, probably nothing. Bush has veto power and the Dems won't have enough to override it.
Business wise, the only thing I could see a problem with in adult is if the Republicans held on to the Senate. They would be able to vote in another conservative judge or two, and that could mean a tough time for adult.Comment

I would guess the next couple of years won't see much news about us. There are trials and things that are already in motion that will go on, but as far as new laws and stuff like that, I think the Dems will be busy going after Bush and asserting their will so they probably won't be too worried about coming after us. If the dems win they have a lot to prove, they have been promising border safety and a change in Iraq so they will have to deliver if they want to help their chances of winning the white house in a couple of years.Comment

Absolutely bugger all will happen. But here's a tip. Make some efforts to clean up the industry from within, and you'll get less heat from the government. Blaming others for your ills all the time is kinda lame. Try not to squeeze every last penny out of the traffic at all costs, and you might find that revenues actually go up once surfers realise that porn webmasters aren't all scammers, spammers and all round shady operators.
Keep on annoying people with popups, exits, email spam, pre-checked cross sells, contentless SEO spammed sites, Zango installs, trojan installs, etc, etc, etc, and you'll keep getting heat whether it's the Republicans or the Democrats who hold the power. It's as simple as that.Comment
