WASHINGTON (AFP) - Four US military newspapers catering to all the branches of the US armed forces will reportedly publish an editorial on the eve of the November 7 congressional election, demanding the resignation of US Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld.

I think a lot of things will change after Tuesday. It looks like the Dems will take the House quite handily and the Senate is still a coin flip. I think you'll see a lot of finger pointing and a big shake up to help bring the base back before 2008.

The best reason for getting rid of Rummy is that the terrorists do not like him.

The second best reason is that the Defeatocrats don't like him.

The third best reason is he has been insensitive.

The fourth best reason is he wore mismatched socks last week.

The fifth best reason is that he is too plain talking and he takes his job of protecting our country too seriously.
