What Was Everyone's Favorite Cartoon Growing Up?

Mine was "Voltron: Defender of the Universe" with "Speed Racer" a close second

I was big into the Turtles. Had tons of the action figures and other related toys. Can't really think of any others.

Now I'm into Family Guy, Drawn Together, and South Park, hehe.

Flintstones (obviously) from a very early age and then The Simpsons since it's inception (also obviously).

I can recall one episode of the Smurfs ... people tell me it NEVER happened but i say it did ....

It was springtime and the Smurfs were all in love. And Papa Smurf says to Smurfette "If you Smurf with me, you can be known as Mama Smurf ..."

That DID happen!

I agree. Though I didn't like the Princess (and her damn mice) taking Sven's lion. Even when he returned he never got his lion back!

Oh I remember that cartoon. There was four or five kids that each had a ring. The rinds were like fire, water, etc. When they all combined Captain Planet came.

not really a cartoon but i also used to watch it back then, and loved you can't do that on television.

There were so many, it depends on which phase of 'growing up' you're referring too. But I seemed to have a thing for dogs, a cartoon I fondly remember from my early years is Dogtanian and the Three Muskehounds.

Tell me about it. It kind of made the whole Clark Kent/Superman thing look like the greatest makeover of all time.
