Does anyone know of, or can anyone write a script that will detect if the surfer is coming from an English speaking , Spanish speaking, French speaking or German speaking country. If you can or know of one that already exists that would be great.

I haven't used it but it looks cool. Cheap database updates with apis for c, java, perl, python, php, etc. They even have a simple little apache module that sets enviroment variables.

or you can setup your .htaccess

deny from 211
allow from all

error document 403 http://www.dialer.com

blocks everyone from (211.) korea i believe it is and gives them a 403 code

then you redirect them with a custom error 403

less work
