    Please donate! Medical help is urgently needed.

    Extensive studies of Franck's posting habits indicate that he has a very large pineapple wrapped in barbed wire and soaked in itching powder shoved very tightly up his ass.

    This condition will require extensive surgery which can only be done at the Mayo clinic by their finest doctors. The survival rate for this operation is less than 10%.
