quad monitors on 2 video cards - help!
I've been running 3 monitors for the past while using the following:
RADEON 9600 Series for 2 monitors Diamond S60 64MB DDR Radeon 7000 PCI for the 3rd monitor. Today I added a 4th monitor, but I can only get 3 listed on my display listings. Listed are BenQ FP931 on RADEON 9600 SERIES BenQ FP931 on RADEON 9600 SERIES - Secondary (Multiple Monitors) on Diamond S60 64MB DDR Radeon 7000 PCI My third monitor is basically just 2 exact copies of the same screen. I don't know how to differentiate the two outputs, or if I even can. Seems pretty stupid to have dual outputs, but not be able to have seperate outputs, mind you this is a fairly cheap card. Anybody have any idea here? I'm sure a handful of you guys are running quads Thanks for any suggestions! |

Don't take my word for it, but to run quad on different ATI cards i'm pretty sure you need to find a hacked driver... and to be fair running dual on a 64mb pci card probably wouldn't work all that well anyway. Hell I remember struggling to get 1280x1024 out of my old 64mb radeon.
