Importance of well-formed server-side code..
I've been thinking about server-side code today. At the end of the day as long as it is clear and works there's no problem? Is OO really better than listing the code down the page?
I know this isn't really an adult Q but I thought there are a few programmers here, so.. What's everyone's opinion on it? ![]() |

Depends on its purpose and how often it's executed really. If it's a script to generate some static HTML a few times a day, OO is completely unnecessary and would only serve to lengthen development time/cost.
If it's for a dynamic site and load and data integrity are a concern then OO might be more appropriate.
